Manhattan.re is a New York City real estate firm, specializing in the representation of landlords and a wide range of tenants including start-up technology companies, media, law, financial, and non-profit organizations.

Gabe Whitman is the principle broker at Manhattan.re. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of the real estate market have resulted in superior execution and substantial savings for his clients.

He began his career at Buchbinder & Warren, a real estate ownership, management and leasing company that began in 1958. Gabe studied under Norman Buchbinder and Eugene Warren who co-founded the Union Square Partnership, the city’s first business improvement district.

Gabe later worked at Cushman & Wakefield, which is among the world's largest commercial real estate services firms. In addition to representing a variety of tenants, Gabe was the agent for some of downtown’s most prestigious buildings: 40 Wall Street (1.1M SF) and 111-115 Broadway (1M SF).

Gabe then founded Manhattan.re in 2015 and currently represents a variety of properties and tenants throughout New York City.
